標題[問題] QGIS連線postgis

在win7系統下安裝postgresql 9.4版，postgis 2.0以及QGIS 2.8
postgis shapefile manager 可正常連線至資料庫，
而QGIS的Shape檔匯入postgis工具卻無法連線
出現以下訊息
