前幾天我寄了個e-mail過去要入會要填的表格 他們就回我說 Thank you very much for your e-mail. We're welcoming to new fan club members from overseas in addition to Japanese. If you would like to join GARNET CROW fan club(we call it G-NET), please send a letter enclosed fan club fee and an admission form. (We are so sorry but we don't have the particular admission form. Please prepare a sheet (which is just a normal paper or something) and write down your information.) You need to write Name（both in Chinese character and alphabet）, Address （in alphabet）, Age, Birthday（Year and date of birth）,Occupation, Telephone number, Sex and E-mail address in admission form. Now, our fan club fee is 4,000 yen per a year(admission fee:￥1,000, annual membership fee:￥3,000). We accept only Japanese money. Although we know it's troublesome for you, please exchange money into Japanese yen. We would not send back a change if you send us more than ￥4,000. When we receive the fee and the form from you, you are registered as a member. For example, If your money arrive here on August15, 2008, then your expiration date would be July31st, 2009. In September, the expiration date would be August31st, 2009. Before the expiration date, we will inform you of membership renewal. If you would like to continue to be a member of the fan club, please pay ￥3,000 at that time. You'll join G-NET, we'll send you 4 bulletins a year. I'm terribly sorry but bulletins are written in Japanese only. We don't have any other languages version so far. We hope you can enjoy our bulletins. A member card and a present for your admission will be sent to you with the first . We are looking forward to your support from now on. Thank you! Sincerely, G-NET 簡單來講就是沒有表格...... 所以要自己做 裡面要有姓名(中文跟英文(拼音)), 地址(拼音), 年齡, 生日, 職業, 電話 性別, e-mail address 然後去換四千塊日幣放在信封裡面寄過去 他就會寄給你會員證跟小禮物 還有一年四期的G-NET會刊(in Japanese) 他還有提到入會期間的算法 就是到他們收到信前一個月的最後一天 8/15 -> 7/31 9/XX -> 8/31 過期前他會通知你寄三千塊日幣過去... -- 我之前還有寄過一封兩星期了沒回音... 這封制式的很好回馬上就回了= = 那麼快收到還嚇一跳........ --
