請問一點進去就出現的這個訊息代表什麼意思

As part of our ongoing efforts to make Badongo even faster, we are
moving several of our servers to a new data center facility.
This move will expand Badongo’s bandwidth and storage capacity and
will begin Saturday July 21st 2007 at midnight PST.
The update will require a partial site outage, which is expected to
last up to 36 hours. Affected servers will be gradually brought live
starting Sunday night and continuing throughout Monday.
Although we expect no interruption with Badongo’s Slide Show and
Photo Album services, customers may not be able to access certain
files for downloading.
Please check back as all relevant updates will be posted to this
thread throughout the upgrade process.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
