標題[請益] TD裡面的錢可以拿來繳美國信用卡嗎？

會這麼問。是看到網路上有人用TD mail address(美國親友住家地址) 當作bank statement申請amex global card transfer 美國卡。省掉飛美國一趟辦銀行帳戶。想瞭解一下整個配套是怎麼做的
