最近檢視帳戶紀錄發現因為PICK進行Reverse Split， TD收了一筆MANDATORY REORGANIZATION FEE 38鎂！？ 寫信問客服回應大概是表示TD進行Reverse Split每帳號的成本是100鎂， 且無法預先通知要進行Reverse Split，以利客戶事先賣出持股避免被收取此費用 收38鎂已經很優惠了，你就吞下去吧～ 不知道是否因PICK不在TD commission-free ETFs表列中才出現此一費用？ 咕狗了一下好像必須是TD優質客戶才可以免除費用， 因為只有在TD買PICK，不知其他卷商是否也有同樣情況， 提供我遇到的情況供板友參考，長期持有的成本看來還必須考慮此種不可預知的費用～ 以下為客服回覆原文 Hello, Thank you for writing, I'm glad you did! Your stock, Ishares, on 11/2/16, performed a 1:2 Reverse Split. What this means is that for every 2 shares that you owned, the company gave you one share worth 2 times the value of the old shares, so that it was an even exchange. Due to this split, your account was charged a mandatory reorganization fee of $38. This fee is charged because the stock had to be re-registered under a new CUSIP via manual entries on your account. TD Ameritrade does understand that you do not have control over the reorganization of a stock you own. In fact, the vast majority of this type of reorganization is not known to TD Ameritrade nor any other broker prior to the action; the companies are not required to give advance notice. However, if the issuing company mandates reorganization, TD Ameritrade must process the reorganization for your account. The actual cost to TD Ameritrade of a reorganization is right at $100.00 per account; we ask that you take on the $38 that was charged to your account, TD Ameritrade takes care of the rest as a cost of doing business.
