不知道TVGAME是不是可以在這發問？

我在Gamestop預購PS3版
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Limited Edition $ 84.99

在結帳時，選擇Shipping method方式時，下拉式選單卻沒有任何選項可以選（完全空白）
按Continue Checkout一樣還是同樣頁面要你選擇Shipping method....@@
請問這是Gamestop限制這限定版只能美國地區買嗎？
但我用普通版

一樣也不行
記得之前還有個網頁是台灣留學生在美國唸書可以幫忙購買，但因為課業忙的關
