We are so sorry that your order has not arrived yet. Your MOO order was
dispatched on the 03/03/08 and should have arrived within 5 to 10 working
days. We understand that it has been 7 working days, but please bear with us
and hopefully it will arrive in the next couple of days. If it fails to
arrive in the next 8 working days please contact us again and we will re-ship
