所以將來Collins來繼承的時候也要改名為Bennet吧?
再問個特別的問題,
如果某C家男子很幸運可以繼承兩份以上的產業,
可是每份產業都要求要改姓,
會發生何事呢?
1.當要繼承 A 家的時候改姓 A,
過幾年要繼承 B 了改姓 B,
沒人在嫌錢多, 法律也不管
2.當要繼承 A 家的時候改姓 A,
過幾年要繼承 B 了改姓 B,
因為 B 比較肥, 所以放棄了 A,
A 交給下一順位的繼承人
