Raised that tally to 13 in 2002/03 while also scoring six times in Porto's UEFA Cup triumph but missing final v Celtic FC through suspension. Two goals on first international start – v Bolivia – helped persuade Tottenham Hotspur FC to sign him; however, scored just one English Premier League goal.
