After failing to make an appearance in his first six months in Spain, Caceres was loaned out to Recreativo last summer and rose to prominence with the Andalucian outfit. After seeing an initial bid of €15m turned down, Barcelona have now agreed to pay €17m up front with another €3m being paid upon certain clauses i his contract being met.
