Bad break for Rays: Pena done for year
September
Carlos Pena fractured the middle and index fingers on his left hand when he
was hit with that pitch in the first inning. He was placed on the 60-day
disabled list after the game.
Carlos is one of the nicest guys in the game, it’s too bad. So many things
went right for the Rays last season and so much has gone awry this year. This
injury could finally cook them.
