Cueto (hip) was placed on the 15-day DL on Wednesday with shoulder
inflammation, the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Recommendation: The move was made retroactively, so the plan is for Cueto to
return for one of the games of a doubleheader on Aug. 31. Micah Owings will
step into Cueto's spot in the rotation beginning on Friday.
