We've talked a lot about Tulowitzki's peripherals (.208 BHIP%, improving EYE and FB Rates), but one thing we havent focused on is Tulo's extreme splits. At home he's hitting .286/.426/.551 with a 1.38 EYE. On the road its just .216/.268/.378 with a 0.32 EYE. The discrepancy in his EYE is especially concerning and the difference in results may make Tulo just a part time player in fantasy formats. For his career the EYE splits havent been significantly different on the home and on the road, but the performance has been (.852 OPS at home vs. .715 OPS on the road). At this point Tulo owners may want to consider getting a tag along SS to use when the Rockies are on the road.
