我想定這家航空公司的機票

他有特別列出下面這段文字
this company does require you to book and pay for luggages you want to
check-in.
Transport of the luggage in the hold of the plane can be booked in advance.
Price 10 euros per item per route section.
Weight allowance: 20 kg per person (babies do not have a luggage allowance).
這樣是代表只要我有大行李要check-in就必須額外付10歐元嗎?
不好意思一直問些很基本的問題...
暑假搭美國國內線的便宜航空是第二件行李託運才需要收費
所以想要問清楚
