If you do not know how to say certain words in everyday English, I'd suggest
that you can rely on a picture dictionary. Such a publication will introduce
you to various real-life contexts, and you can turn to it for reference when you
are at a certain scene and attempt to search for the right word in your mind
but fail to do so.
