Would you like to go out for breakfast? At 9:30AM, I have an appointment of interview in the IC agent in East dist., Taipei. So I am happy to participate in this interview. Hopefully I can be successfully hired. The friends on the board said that I talk too much about the guys. So I'd like to change. I might have to talk about my job instead. Recently I have begun to take part in the interviews. Most of the application for the positions is "sales assistant" "purchaser" "administrator" "contractor". I would like to apply for the entry level jobs. The main ability to work as a sales assistant is to be familiar with the ERP system's maintainence, for example CHI, Digiwin, SAP, etc. All of the jobs are required "the carefulness" "female" "not large aged" "experienced" "not high pay" "bachelor's degree" "Fluent English". Most of my offers are within the limits of under "NT$40,000". Take ICxxxx Co., Ltd. for example, my salary is about NT$38,000. The managers are always cutting down my expected numbers of the salary. Maybe my work experiences are too short to get high pay. Anyway, I need a atble job instead of high pay. I need a stable monthly income instead of talking about the high pay. Therefore, I just wanna a stable job that can let me stay for long. Maybe I can stay for that company until my retirement. That would be my wish! As a sales assistant, you don't need to develope the new customers, and you don't need to worry about the sales target. All you need to do is to well maintain the system of ERP. You'd better use this system more familiar than others. And you need to care about the trivials for example the letters on the forms or the format of the forms. Everyday you need to fight within the "forms" "documentary" "ERP system" "paper work" "process" "procedure" "obedient" "carefulness". As you know, it's all about the papers! And you need to be alert to the numbers! Your math doesn't need to be very good but you need to have the sense of math calculation and logics. Besides, your speed of typing needs to be accelerated. Actually I was talked by Michelle in ICxxxxx Co., Ltd. that my disadvantages are as follows: 1. My typing is slow. 2. My carefulness is not enough. 3. My math is not good. Therefore, I am fired indeed. Anyway, I can talk more about the works if you'd like to listen. Frankly speaking, I am a little masculine so that I was a sales executive for overseas before. I independently have business trips to Europe for several times. I take the flights very often. And I discuss the business with the foreigners at their offices in their country. I atteneded the fairs in Europe for several times. My customers are Bosch, Norbain, Abus, SQP france, FVS london. So you can imagine what kind of job I am working for. But all of the experiences are memories now. Too long ago. At the present, I am just applying for the job as a sales assistant. And the salary is not high exactly speaking. It's around NT$36,000~NT$40,000. No more higher. I remember when I was an international sales executive in the technology corporation, I took the high pay. My bottom fixed salary is USD$36,000, but my bonus is more than NT$20,000 monthly, so I get total in NT$56,000 above. My boss, Mr. Lin Sun Ken gives me high bonus monthly and annually. Although it has been a memory, it has past, but I always remeber that I was an international sales executive in the CCTV corporation before. Nevertheless, I should face the reality and try to focus on what I am applying for now. To be a sales assistant or not to be, that's the question! Have a nice small weeekend! T.G.I.F. --
