It is an amazing fact that every person actualizes oneself's potential for accomplish our goals and being the person we wanna be. For example, we eventually learned how to speak and walk. We have learned countless things in life. So you should believe you can do anything. "Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. " Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it." - Goethe A new and higher need emerges as the lower need fulfills by be sufficiently gratified, which is fortunate and sad. People never satisfy at any points of lives before the death. The fortunate thing is that because there are always needs for individuals, they have to evlove and grow in order to fulfill more demanding and complex needs. All people have potential in growing to be remarkable people they admire. They then have to visualize themselves in ways they'd like to be behaving, and feeling ways they'd like to be feeling. Say something to yourself like "I see myself being more confident and courageous." See challenges as opportunites. Life is as a drama ,but it can pause. I remember what my teacher always remind me of, don't concentrate if you can. Be fascinated on things you wanna focus on. In such way, you don't stress out and feel pressure. When you are fascinated, you forget the tireness and boredom the thing brings to you. Same as learing a language. By looking for and into what is fascinating in languages or contents you read, studying gets more relaxing and entertaining. --
