標題[Ask ] i cannot speak english with abc

Hi everyone,
When i speak to someone who can speak Chinese, English will jam in my brain.
And good idea to fix it?
I got this problem for a while. Most of my friends are abc,
They can speak "not bad" Chinese.
When i look at them, i notice that i can't speak English
Idk why. But i don't have this problem with foreigners .
I want to fix it so hard. Any advice?
