In our life, there were plenty of actions that made our life in a mess. I call these "vicious circle actions". Because some actions would make us temporarily feel happy, even indulge in pleasure. For example, sometimes we felt empty, and we would want to use too much of food to fill it. But how about the ramification? Engorging made us more fat, and the odds of "to get acquainted with somebody" is reduced. So, we would feel more empty, and want to more food..... and..and...and....in a circle. How terrifying is it! There were other example for me like "indulge in on-line game" or "indulge in drama". How about your "vicious circle actions"? --
