標題[Ask ] problems of pronouncing

Hello everyone here!
Here comes an extreme problems to me.
It's about pronouncing.
I found myself hard to sound "ex" recently.
For exmaple, when I tried to say "express", I wound pause for a second.
It's like a stammer!
But it happened only coming aross "ex".
My abilities of writing and reading are passable,
nevertheless, pronouncing is a nightmare to me.
Maybe I lack confidence, I hope I could solve these problems.
Are you suffered from stammer before?
Please give me some suggestion, sincerely.
