標題[Ask ] How to prepare GEPT intermediate?

Last year,I pass the GEPT intermediate the first test.
I also get good grades.
However, the next test,speaking and writing...
I don't pass them,and my speaking grades is very poor.
I want to improve it because I will have the second chance on March.
Who can help me? Tell me how to practice the speaking test.
P.S I ask the questions very bad.
