標題[Ask ] the use of "though"

I learn it from my foreign friend but not sure if I'm using it corectly.
I assume it means "however" "still"
ex. I think u are insane. Maybe I am, too though.
Is it the right use?
I use it for years but now I'm not sure 'cos my one Italian friend
ask me last week why I add a "though" and what it means...:P
