標題[Talk] English depress me so much..

(Sigh..)
My English is so poor, though I have graduated from college so many years.
Especially the writing and conversion always make me pain.
How to improve my English ability? I have no idea.
The only thing I can do is that maybe I should write diary everyday from now on.
But how to improve the ability of speak ?
I think I will find some ways on internet to make it better.
English is always my nightmare since I was a chlid.
It always makes me nervous when I need to use English everytime.
I know it is impossible to improve it in shot-term, it needs to learn hard constantly
I will do my best from today!
