標題[Ask ] listening problem

Hey guys, I've encountered some problem in improving my English
listening skill. Actually, I can hear the words and almost exactly spell
them out, but here is a problem --for example, when I listened to 60-second
Science program, I did not be able to directly understand what
I just heard but only guessed what I heard by keywords for a while.
Is there any effecient way to improve my problem else? Thanks for your help.
