If I can't even understand the thing I'm going to translate, how the hell am I supposed to translate it?? In the first place, the MOE should not have given such a long, confusing name to their plan thing. I'm having a hard time understanding the title of the article I'm supposed to translate, so right now I'm just skipping all the strange, untranslatable terms. Always start with the easy stuff, I say. Oh well...Practice makes perfect, I guess? I really hate that saying though. --
