Tea can help fight cancer? True. 4. Black tea contains more caffeine than green tea? False! The difference between making green and black tea will not affect caffeine content. 5. You can decaffeinate a regular tea? False! This popular technique isn’t back up by any evidence. 6. Drinking green tea will make you skinny? False! This idea isn’t back up by enough evidence. 7. Add milk negates the health benefits of tea? It might!
