標題[Ask] what is the meaning of "tens of microns"?

What is the meaning of "tens of microns to tens of millimeters in length"?
I know this is talking a samll scale in length,
but it is hard for me to understand "tens of millimeters" between
"ten of millimeter".
Please talk me the difference.
