標題[Ask ] Why would the anti-inflammatory drug cause ulcer

I've read a news article about Barbara Bush, a former first lady of
the United States, who underwent a surgery to fix her perforated
duodenum ulcer.
It's suspected that the anti-inflammatory drug could cause this--
uncommon but not unheard of.
Why is that? What is the likely mechanism of it?
