Hey, everyone! Halloween is this month! People in Taiwan don't usually celebrate Halloween, right? Anyone here planning on going to some kind of party or holding some activities? You probably think that it's quite a bit early to ask or discuss about Halloween, but being an English teacher, I have to start gathering resources already! So, let's talk about Halloween! What do you like about it? Or, what do you not like about it? What is your view of Halloween? Let me know what you know! Let me know of any activities. When I was young, I always had fun at Halloween. Even when I was past the age of trick-or-treating, I still went anyway. My reason was that I had to protect the safety of my younger brother! It was still really fun. I miss those days. Sometimes, I wish I could go back in time and really enjoy myself over again. We used to go around the neighborhood, gathering huge bags of candy. When we gt home, we'd spill them out on the living room floor and start sorting them. We always joked about some of them being poisoned. Then, we ended the night off with a movie or something. Over the next few weeks, we'd stuff ourselves with candies and other goodies... Then, get sick of them. Life was easy.. Life isn't so easy now. --
