標題[Ask ]about public speaking

Hello!
Does anyone know any English public speaking courses available for university
students? Or any places to learn or practice public speaking? I'm not an
English major student, and I want to improve English oral speaking skills and
also have more chances to practice English speaking, not just daily
conversations.
p.s. I study in FJU, and so far I know that the public speaking courses
provided by the English department are for English majors.
so anybody who knows something about this, please let me know!
