If the constraint "with lowest bactericidity" is designated X, "unable to kill tuberculosis bacillus" Y, then X and Y has categorized the universe into four groups (abstractly speaking, the degree of freedom is stirred, restructured, and limited): That which with lowest bactericidity, and unable to kill tuberculosis bacillus That which without lowest bactericidity, and unable to kill tuberculosis- bacillus That which with lowest bactericidity, and able to kill tuberculous bacillus That which without lowest bactericidity, and able to kill tuberculous bacillus -- In view of the description "has the lowest bactericidal activity" is before the latter, we, as human beings, are more prone to a judgement giving the first more weightage than the second. So let us see if now the question only were: "Which of the following has the lowest bactericidal activity?" A predicament arises. How do we define a compound as lowest bactericidal? Based on how many germs it can terminate in a specific interval of time? If that, then we would have another difficulty as to how to conduct the experiment to prove that. -- So, this question is essentially in the second--whether or not it can kill tubercle bacillus? --
