I think that if this job is what you want, then,you don't have to mind others' words. It's true that you get this job and it might be a little or most because of your amazing appearance (Don't be so despressed.To have amazing appearance is not easy.) but at least, you get this job opportunity and you have chance to learn things and at last you'll grow up. So I think their thoughts are not the point. The point is you get this job and you like it and you want to do something. If you do your job well and they are still so unfriendly, maybe,you can just say that their childish behavior is some kind of jealous expression. And by the way, although I'm not a doll, I think to be a doll is some kind of ability that you have to know how to dressed gorgeously. I know it's hard to ignore people gossip but for yourself,you have to.
