Of course not dying is better than living,why ? because the sadness and depress feeling is temporary.Human beings usaully take the incontancy as constancy,in the emotion flow, we are happy or sad is not real about the fact: all of this is inconstancy.So,be aware of this part and take it easy when you are down,then the happy feeling reveal from the casual life with yourself...the best way of retreat is going to have a good meditation ^ ^# --
