BODYBUILDING Do you know bodybuilding? Many people do not really realize what bodybuilding is, and they consider bodybuilding is merely a kind of skill-less task for men and boys who want to increase the size of muscles. However, it is never such an easy event. Bodybuilding is not only for males but also for females; it is suitable for all people including children, the aged, and the disabled. Bodybuilding is not only athletics but also aesthetics; it is involved in rebuilding the shape of body figure and promoting the self-concept of a person. Bodybuilding is not only for physical health but also for mental health; it lessens the tension of body and relaxes the pressure in mind. Bodybuilding does wonders for people in many aspects. Want to begin your bodybuilding courses? It is prior to make your plans than to do your best if you are going to make an appointment with your own body. Make sure you will follow your training plans and keep on the personalized procedure. It helps to do more effort if you make a list of which part of muscles you’d like to train in turn. An appropriate training curriculum 3 times a week is quite enough for general people while an overloaded one 6 times a week is necessary for bodybuilding athletes. Before going to do exercise outdoors or in the gym, professional instructors always make suggestions that warm-up is the most important thing to do while starting training. It is possible to do you harm without adequate warm-up especially when you are under over-weighted lifting and your position is incorrect. While you are lifting wieghts, make sure you know what you are doing. Ask yourself frequently: “Is this tension overloaded for me or just too easy for me?”, “Is my motion correct?” Adjust your training plans and procedures according to the feeling of body status. After 1~2 hours of exercise, you must be tired and hungry. Sufficient rest and sleep is required for restructuring your muscles, and abundant nourishment does you a lot of good to provide structural materials to muscles. You may make enquires if your body shape is going to be as strong as Arnold Schwazenegger’s. In fact, it is really difficult to be as strong as a bodybuilding athlete.
