標題[Talk] How to read English Newspaper?

It is very hard for me to read English newspaper.
Since I had to consult dictionary frequently when
reading it. It took me a lot of time to finish an
article. It also hard to understand its meaning
if reading intermittently.
Is there any trick in reading newspaper?
