I think that it's a matter of gravity, because other people often think and judge a person by how respectful he or she is when treating others. Whenever some people interact with each other, there must be some feelings in this whole group, such as friendliness, affections, hatred, and the like. Different people have different thoughts and concepts when thinking about one thing at the same time, which are often in conflict with each other. Thus, it is inevitable that some of them dislike, despise, or even loathe the ideas some others have. Therefore, the only way to soothe the bad mood and atmosphere among themselves is to raise the etiquette when treating others. Etiquette means politeness and thoughtfulness. When one wants to be polite to others, he or she needs to understand others more clearly, and then good conversations and responses to display how much the one understands others could be made. It is greatly beneficial to how they deal with those affairs. Besides, when dealing with some affairs, the whole group members need to make a final decision, and the compromises are thus need to be made. Confucius said, "To restrain oneself and recover the etiquitte is benevolence". Without etiquette, some of them always feel someone dislike or loathe themselves, and then they will dislike and treat craftily with each other. Is it a good result ? It must lead to the inharmoniousness of all of those who are dealing with the affairs. With etiquette's help, all of those who are dealing with common affairs can think more for others and diminish selfishness. Moreover, if one is determined to behave with etiquette and without craftiness anywhere, it would be much easier for him or her to associate with a lot of friends and be welcomed by others. At that time, the one must have more friends in the same camp than others. This would be a great asset of the one to deal with the affairs of greater significance and establish his or her own enterprise. We can say that when people deal with all affairs in life without etiquette, the result will be seriously bad. In conclusion, the advantages of treating others are great; one is that it makes it easier to understand other friends' personalities more, another is that it can lessen our selfishness and makes us think more for others and open up our mind to propose the best ideas, still another, a person being very polite to others is bound to have a lot of charm and charisma, which are of much help for the one to really establish his or her enterprise and succeed. --
