This organization aimed to prevent dealing with bureaucracy existing in the United States government which is one of the main reasons why the WTC collapsed. All the personnel in the unit are chosen form all the organization that exist in the US government system. From FBI to CIA, from NSA to DOD, even from the US postal service. This organization is directly responsible to the US president, and it has a special authorize from the Supreme Court that under emergency circumstances, the ATU can roundabout all the legal procedure to catch and detain suspicions people until further investigation is completed, that’s why this organization can’t be known by the outsiders .All the fund of this organization is come from the secret budget of the FBI, and most of the personnel are FBI, so undoubtedly this unit are said to be the secret branches of FBI. 4 “This is totally a special forces style attack, no doubt about it…” Agent Wong says.
