I think it is not a big deal. If you really treat her as a good friend, and wanna retain your friendship, you'd better discuss what annoys you with her in person. (or just by mail in case of embarrassment) As far as I could guess, she might not know what you tnink exactly. If she remain spreading your privacy after you inform her of your difficulties, you can choose to keep yourself from her without any disgrace. By the way, you should have confidence on yourself coz you English is good.
