Maybe it's a good starter for serious thinking on our : sleep. : XD Haha, I only sleep 5 hours a day recently, in my opinion, sufficient sleep is a must, if we spend time trying to cut short our sleeping time, it will only dent the quality of concentration during the day time, resulting in feeling sleepy or like you said, nod off in class. Sarcastically this is exactly the opposite of our original goal - lengthen the time we have to do things. Instead of trying to cut short our time of sleep, what we should do is get enough sleep, and use the time while we are awake efficiently. A Chinese proverb says it best, "rest is to prepare for a longer journey". Oh well, just my 2 cents, off I go to sleep now :) Wish everyone a good sleep and a good day. --
