"Friends could influence your life a lot". I truly believe this kind of saying. When you are in the environment where most of your friends have positive attitude towards life, you will become a positive person, too. I do learn a lot from my friends. One of my friends is going to Oxford for his master degree this year. He is that kind of people who could inspire you to pursue your own dreams bravely. He applied for 7 graduate schools overseas(One is Oxford,and others are among US top20 universities). As I know he got permission from at least 5 schools. You must feel curious about his background. The following is his background: Major NCU Econ& MIS GPA 3.30 last80 3.75 GRE 2170 TOFEL 283 Getting permit for the Master in Financial Economics in the Oxford U He is not the top 10 students in his class(as you can see, his GPA is not that beautiful). But He is really a smart person and studies hard in the field he likes. He has excellent self-learning ability. He has never been to cram school for TOFEL and GRE. He started playing golf when he was a freshman and next year he became a memeber of school golf team. He learned how to play saxophone when he was a sophomore and two years later he started to perform in the pub. After graduating, he became a member in the 國軍示範 樂隊. His first major was economics and took second major in MIS when he was an junior. Then next year, he wrote software for 中華電信. I can only say that he is the man who can do most of the things that he wants to do well. I used to hearing people saying this motto"做什麼像什麼". I do see this kind of spirit from my friend. And his positive attitude does pust me to lead a positive life.... --
