English-English dictionary, ICRT, language exchange partner, etc., will do you good. Second, I recommend that you speak English sentences out from a paragraph, maybe from your textbooks or magazines, then close your books trying to recite what you have spoken, pretending that you are talking with someone. In that way, try to feel you are speaking English as your mother tongue. You can repeat this several times until you really have a good command of your sentence. Do not choose hard sentences or those containg big words. What matters are the feelings you get while you speak. Have a try. Last, practice writing more. Thinking in Chinese and then translating it into English is a natural process that many beginners will encounter. Just ignore it and keep reading more, writing more. I believe this problem will diminish after you have more input and output of English. Hope it works. --
