This release brings the cheat file back inline with the latest version of
MAME.

Note: The XML Cheat Collection archives are double packed. Inside the
downloaded zip/7z archive you will find a large cheat.zip. It's this
cheat.zip that should be placed in the same directory as your MAME
executeable.
