Dolphin SVN r4434 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to
run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It
has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

fix duplicate entries in lists when opening d3d config multiple times.

Disable annoying error messages in the D3D plugin, they're meant for debugging
