1964 SVN r38 is released.1964 is a free Open Source N64 Emulator. It is one
of the top Nintendo emulators arround that you can get with a high game
compatibility rate.

Temporary replacement to the old scale shift method.The new one uses for
loops and can handle up to the power 32 i think.Not even sure if they scale
shift method is even still required.Haven't noticed and problems with the new
method.
