I don′t recommend to use the homebrew channel to launch the wii-linux kernel, as it has some problems with NWC24. Apart of that, to use this version of SDLMame for wii you will have to be VERY patient, as it has very high times of loading. Once the rom is loaded, it works all right (85-90% of original speed without frameskip).
