標題[問題] register file 及 data memory 設計

各位好
我是上次發文問如何設計CPU的人
現在已經將大部分元件都完成了 , 就剩下register file 跟 data memory了
( register file內八個暫存器 第一個內容永遠是0
data memory 也只有八個記憶體空間 )
想請問這兩個的設計理念 還麻煩有經驗的人麻煩幫個忙~
(一樣只能用dff 和邏輯閘接)
