標題[問題] hspice掃描W/L變數設定與rds之變化

題目如下
For an NMOS transistor with W/L=4, VGS=0.75V and
VDS=0.5V,
use HSPICE to plot gds and rds as a function of
channel length (L=0.18~2um).
Comment on the result.

我把x設為1u變數，再用.dc去變動
但這樣好像跑不出我要的值
不知道錯在哪?

3F：→ corydoras09: 可是原本就宣告為1u了不是嗎? 還是要改成10/22 01:32

可能我的spice（學長版）有問題，還是去實驗室做好了…

找到問題了，hspicerf不支援lx8指令
