標題[問題] post-sim電阻問題

在drc lvs 都ok後 做post-sim
奇怪的是 他對我電阻都顯示error
原本sp電阻寫法如下
rb rb2pad vb 1000 (pad外會接電阻至vdd)
rin v1i vss 50 (termination用途的電阻 )
**error** no definition for 1:p1
it was called by 1:rin
**error** no definition for 1:nd
it was called by 1:rxcp_rb
這些電阻 應該沒畫錯(LVS過了)
但卻不知道為甚麼 無法跑hspice post-sim
請問各位先進們 有遇過這樣的問題嗎？ 或是我還有沒注意到的地方呢

1F：推 ehrlich:你po-sim出來的電阻把 pl nd mark掉就可以了 07/13 19:17
