標題[vim ] 想請問win64下的message translation

抓了vim 64-bit的binary來裝
但是message的部分會變成英文~

在網頁中有寫著：
Note: The message translations (:help win32-gettext) do not yet work, because
I have not been able to locate a Win64 version of libintl.dll.
請問這問題現在有解嗎？還是只能先用英文呢？
