標題[請益] 彈性係數的正、負值

不知道標題這樣下對不對>_<
題目如下：
Suppose that the relationship between the public transportation demand(Q) and
ticket price(P) is given by the equation Q=αP^β(α*P的β次方)
Explain the sign (positive or negtive) of the parameter α,β.
我想問到底要怎麼判斷α的正負阿? (β應該是負值沒錯吧@@!)
彈性的題目一直不太懂要怎麼判斷正負QQ

1F：推 always0410: （運輸需求）量跟（票）價關係為反向，a應該為負 10/27 08:04
我的想法是需求量(Q)應該是個正值，票價(P)也是個正值，因此P前面的係數α應該
也要是正值。 不知道這樣對不對@@
2F：推 bearching: 我想到的是，根據需求法則成立，需求彈性為負，彈性為 10/27 21:59
3F：推 bearching: （dQ/dP)(P/Q)<0 ,Q帶入aP^B,可以得知B小於零 10/27 22:09
